We accept returns on most items in new and unused condition within 30 days of shipment. A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested prior to returning any merchandise. A minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount for opened items, special orders, or items received without an RA. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
