Product Page
Once you arrive at a product page, there are several places you can access the review section.
- Right below the product labels, we have a clickable line that says "Be the first to review this product." If an item already has reviews, a star rating followed by the number of reviews will show. Click/tap on the review amount.
- After clicking/ tapping, you'll be redirected down to the review section. Here you can read past entries and submit your own item review!
Search Results Page
There's also direct access to reviews from the search pages on select items. (Not available on mobile)
- After you've searched, items that have been previously reviewed will show a star rating and review count.
- If you click on the review count, you'll be directed to that product page's review section. Here you can read past entries and submit your own item review!
Product Review Email
If you've purchased items on acemart.com we'll send you a follow-up email asking if you'd like to leave a review. After you've received and read the email, click "Leave a review" and you'll be directed to the listed product's review section!
Note: If you don't see the email, search your inbox for "Ace Mart Online", or check your junk/ spam folder. Whitelist us to get all of our exclusive emails directly to your inbox!
Suggestions for a high-quality review:
- What the product easy to use?
- Was it high quality?
- Is it worth the price?
- What are some pros and cons?
- Were you able to use this item as you wanted?
- Honest 1-5 star rating base don the product's function.
